New TEAM COMPETITION!

For this year's event we will be adding an exciting new team option, this will only apply to swimmers who enter the 3.2km distance. A team must comprise between 3-5 swimmers in the same category, ie. all costume or all wetsuit, the fastest 3 times will count towards your team's time. This will not affect your individual status, you enter and swim the event as an individual and can win prizes as an individual, but if part of a team your time can count towards the team prize as well. As this is the first year that we will be offering this option there will only be 2 team prizes awarded, to the winning costume team and the winning wetsuit team. Teams can be formed on the day so even if you have already entered you can still become part of a team.
